Our Edition Réserve is characterized by a strict selection of the best grapes in organic quality, minimal
yields, as well as a much longer maturation period both in the bottle and in wooden barrels. The
Edition consists of our Riesling Réserve from our best vineyards with longer maturation in the bottle, a
distinctive Chardonnay Réserve matured in tonneaux, and a lively, matured Chardonnay Réserve as well as
a lively and fine Pinot Noir Réserve, which was allowed to mature for 16 months in barrique barrels.
