Tasting in our vinotheque
Description
Wine tastings in our vinotheque are possible during our opening hours, daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We offer a large selection from our portfolio for tasting – from portfolio – from estate wines to the Grosses Gewächs you can taste your way through all quality levels. You can choose up to 8 wines, We are of course available to advise you. If you buy something at the end of the tasting (even even if it is only one bottle) the tasting is free of charge. Without purchase we charge 15 € per person.

When the cellar gets spooky and the glasses clink
This year, things are going to get really spooky here for the first time: We cordially invite you to our first Halloween Lounge at the winery! Look forward to a special evening filled with wine, enjoyment, and goosebumps—in an autumnal atmosphere and, of course, with a few spine-tingling moments.
In keeping with the season and this special occasion, we’ll be serving select dishes—hearty, seasonal, and with a touch of Halloween.
You can raise a glass with our wines and special drinks. The spotlight will be on our Bone Dry Edition—dry, full of character, and perfect for a Halloween evening.
Those who dare can also join us as we descend into the depths of the wine cellar. On our cellar tour, you’ll not only learn fascinating facts about wine and our winery—you might also encounter something that really shouldn’t be there.
Live music will set the perfect mood and make the Halloween Lounge an unforgettable evening.

Champagne Open
at the Ketschauer HofDescription
This champagne event is extremely popular among connoisseurs and newcomers alike, and will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026!
The glamorous event takes place on two floors of the Ketschauer Hof, in the festive “Kelterhaus” and in the historic vaulted cellar “Cave 1822.” Through lively interactions with at least 14 renowned champagne houses—including the Reichsrat von Buhl winery, representing prestigious German sparkling wines—you’ll have the opportunity to taste the featured collections.
Look forward to over 40 varieties—from iconic rarities to exciting newcomers—in a festive yet relaxed atmosphere.

Open cellar tour during Advent
Description
To accompany the Deidesheimer Christmas market, we offer open cellar tours with a small wine tasting on all four Weekends in Advent. This is a perfect opportunity to stop by the Reichsrat von Buhl winery during your visit to the Christmas market.
We start in our courtyard with a warming refreshment in the form of our Löwenglüh mulled wine before exploring our historic wine cellar. On this day, you will learn interesting facts about the history of our winery and wine production. During the cellar tour, we will taste three of our wines as a recommendation for your Christmas menu.

VDP.Pfalz single site presentation
Description
Together, the VDP. winegrowers of the Palatinate present top wines from the famous Palatinate vineyards to wine lovers and connoisseurs at the Fitz-Ritter winery in Bad Dürkheim.
The focus is on the classic grape varieties of the region – Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir – which develop their unmistakable characters through the unique interplay of terroir, climate and craftsmanship. In addition to tasting the current vintage, the winegrowers will give you exciting insights into the special features of the individual vineyards and tell you more about the philosophy behind the VDP classification. Discover how the terroir shapes the quality and style of the wines and how the careful work in the vineyards shapes these wines.

Description
Discover Reichsrat von Buhl during our open cellar tour and take a look behind the scenes of our winery.
We will welcome you with a sparkling wine reception in our historic wine cellar. During the tour, you will learn more about the history of our winery, our winemaking philosophy and the journey from grape to finished wine.
Afterwards, we will taste a selection of our wines together. A traditional Palatinate snack will be served alongside the tasting, providing a relaxed and enjoyable finish to your cellar tour.

Vintage Presentation
Discover the 2026 vintageDescription
We are pleased to present our new vintage and cordially invite you to our vintage presentation on May 1, 2027. You can look forward to our wines from the 2026 vintage. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will also be presenting our high-quality sparkling wine collection and the new vintage of our VDP Grossen Gewächse and VDP Erste Gewächse wines from the top vineyards in the Palatinate.
In addition, we are offering two cellar tours (approx. 30 minutes) on both days at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Take a look behind the scenes of our winery and gain exciting insights into our work in the cellar.
This year, in our masterclass, we’re taking a trip down memory lane and showcasing an exciting Horizontale from the 2020 vintage. At the peak of their drinking maturity, these wines highlight the diversity of our vineyards and spark conversation.
To round off the day, our small garden bar is open daily until 7 p.m., where you can enjoy a small selection of our sparkling wines and wines, as well as Palatinate wine spritzers.
